can be profound.\u00a0 Whether this hormone shift is biologically natural, or initiated due to a medical condition or surgery, suffering is not necessary.<\/p><p>In addition to the many physical symptoms, numerous mental health and cognitive related symptoms are also commonly present.\u00a0 These may be new for you, or maybe they were present earlier but are now becoming more difficult to manage.<\/p><p><strong>The Menopause Foundation of Canada (2025) has identified these mental health and cognitive symptoms:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Anxiety<\/li><li>Depression<\/li><li>Low
